Title Reclaimed

I, Brooke Tolman, hereby reclaim my athleticism back. After going cross-country skiing the first time and royally sucking at it, I feared my days of being naturally good at athletic things were over and the days of being increasingly clumsy were just beginning, but it was a hoax. Yesterday, I manned up and gave cross-country skiing another try, hoping to conquer it but fearing the worst (I wasn't sure my body could take another bruising like the last, nor my ego) and I came out conquerer. I only fell once and it was because I was going through the woods on a downhill and I still haven't mastered turning on skis so it was either run into a tree or fall to the ground.
